I am very grateful to Lori and Ryan from Tom’s Ford in Keyport nj! My car broke down in a parking lot and the problem seemed to be a piece that had been recalled on my car. Lori was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get it repaired right away! They sent their Mobile service directly to me in the parking lot and changed the piece. Ryan was also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He was showing me under my hood where the piece had broken and was able to efficiently have the job done within five minutes of showing up. I was able to still make it to my job and did not require AAA or a trip to my mechanic. I’m so thankful for all their help today and will definitely be returning that specific Ford location after their amazing customer service!

Great dealership, very easy to work with. It was a very enjoyable process. I’ve been to another dealership to buy a new car and it literally took all day. Tom’s Ford team was on top of everything and it was seamless.
