Great dealership, very easy to work with. It was a very enjoyable process. I’ve been to another dealership to buy a new car and it literally took all day. Tom’s Ford team was on top of everything and it was seamless.
We recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Devon, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Devon was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and never made us feel pressured.

Like most people, I’ve had some pleasant and not so pleasant experiences buying cars in the past. I live in Hazlet and I under estimated Tom’s Ford dealership because they are a small footprint. Truthfully, I’m glad I had low expectations because the entire process from start to finish was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales associate (Jaz), the GSM (John) and the finance guy (Billy) were extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Tom’s Ford. I found a vehicle that they were selling online and the communication was top-notch throughout the whole process. Very responsive. Jess reached out multiple times making sure all my questions were answered. I purchased from out of state so I needed to be sure everything was perfect if I was to travel to purchase and they certainly helped with that. Made the purchase process easy I traveled in for the day and I was in and out of there very quickly and back on the road headed home with the vehicle.

I went over to Ford looking for a new family suv I had my eye on the explorer. Jessica called me over asking if I need help. We started talking and she walked me through her inventory. I finally picked one out got through the paper work quick and drove out in a new car. Excellent service and very kind. I recommend everyone to get help from Jessica.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff of Tom's Ford to lease my new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better team from the manager John, the salesperson Jazmin, and the finance person Billy. Not only did they have the exact vehicle I wanted they also gave me the best deal around. No games and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They even transferred my plates even though I was from out of state (NY). I wouldn't hesitate to give them a shot!
