Fantastic Experience at Tom’s Ford. Thankful to have worked with Sofia and John L who were both true professionals throughout the process. We purchased a 60th anniversary Bronco and Sofia was very knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. She never gave us the impression that we were being pressured into a sale and went out of her way to answer all of our questions. John was kind enough to take a few of my calls and he went through not only the itemized price quote line by line with me, but also ran through additional options that we could consider based on our needs. Both John and Sofia were completely transparent with us and let us do our research at our own speed while being there to assist as needed. When the vehicle arrived, they both jumped in to make everything go as smoothly as possible for us and had most of the work done by the time we got there. Billy in finance was also super helpful and did his best to secure us with the best lender and rate. He made the process very smooth and explained any and all additional options without applying pressure for us to add on. To finish out the experience Sofia took the time to sit with us and help us download and setup the ford app (which was super helpful). She also spent time explaining the ins and outs of the Bronco itself. She really dedicated alot of time to us and has a deep understanding of the vehicle itself (and it shows) All in all- A+ experience for us. Thank you Sofia, John and Billy!
